Navigo Truespace (the "App") is provided by Qubit ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Handle

• Access PIN. You sign in with a numeric PIN. We use it only to authenticate you and determine which experiences you are permitted to view. It is not used to identify you personally.
• Account and profile information. If your organization has provisioned access for you, we process the display name and an internal user identifier associated with your access, so we can show your permitted projects.
• Usage and session information. When you open an experience, we record which experience was opened, the start and end times and duration, and the display name associated with your session. This lets the organization that owns a project understand engagement with it.

2. Spatial Data and Device Sensors

To place and anchor experiences in your surroundings and to keep the control panel positioned as you look around, the App uses Apple Vision Pro world-sensing (spatial) data. This data is processed on your device by the operating system and is not collected, stored, or transmitted by us.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or browsing history. The App contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your information.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information above to authenticate you, provide access to your permitted experiences, deliver and cache the 3D assets those experiences require, generate usage reports for the organization that owns a project, and maintain the security of the service.

5. Storage and Processing

Information is stored and processed using Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, India. All communication between the App and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Sharing

We share information only: (a) with the organization or client that owns the project you access, in the form of usage reports; (b) with infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services) who process data on our behalf; and (c) where required by law. We do not sell or rent your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, or as directed by the organization that provisioned your access, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you by contacting us at the address below or through your organization's administrator. We will action deletion requests within 8 business days.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children and is intended for professional and client use.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
