Privacy Policy
Navigo Web · Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Navigo Web application ("the app"), provided by Qubit, handles information when you use it. We have designed the app to collect as little information as possible.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal data. We do not ask for or store your email address, phone number, account credentials, contacts, photos, or any advertising identifiers. The app has no user accounts and no sign-up.
Information We Do Collect
- Client name. When starting an experience, the app may ask for a client name. This is stored solely to label the session and is not used for any other purpose, not shared with third parties, and not used to market to you.
- Basic usage statistics. The app records anonymous in-app activity — such as which buttons or sections were opened — to help us understand how the experience is used and to improve it. This data is not linked to your identity.
- Location (only when the geofence feature is enabled). If a given experience requires it, the app asks for your location to verify that you are inside the experience's permitted area. Your location is used for this check only and is not stored or tracked.
How We Use Information
The limited information above is used only to operate the app, label sessions, verify access where required, and improve the experience. We do not sell, rent, or trade any information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data Retention
We keep the limited session information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Usage statistics are retained in aggregate form.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
